A still, barrel fermented Riesling from 2021, fermented on skins for 15 days. Pressed and left to continue fermenting in a single oak puncheon. Aged in glass 1 year before release.
Sustainably grown in Beamsville ON, from vines planted in 1999.
What's it like? It's like eating peaches on a secret beach. Tannic structure lifts the fruit and crushed basil notes in a beautiful way.
