USA-wide Shipping

We ship to 43 states. Since we use different carriers, order processing and transit times vary depending on the state. Please check this map for times.

We will reach out to you in case there is need for shipping hold due to extreme weather temperatures.


When will I get my order?

All online orders are shipped from NYC. After mailed, most places in the East Coast receive orders within 2 days, and Midwest/West Coast, 4-5 days.

What does it cost to ship?

Shipping costs are calculated upon checkout and depend on the destination state and number of bottles. Average cost is $25 across the US.

Orders over $200 ship free (exc. Alaska).


Where is my order being shipped from?

All US online orders are shipped from a NYC location. Revel Cider has partnered with Urban Wines & Spirits, a shop located in lower Manhattan, who handles order fufillment and shipping.

Expect to see "Urban Wines" as the shipper of your package.


Can I pickup my online order?

Place your order online and choose “local pickup” at checkout. Note you’ll pickup at a NYC location (Urban Wines and Spirits). The store’s hours can be found here.

Please bring the order confirmation and a valid form of ID.


Tracking information

You'll receive the tracking number and ETA after your order is confirmed, processed and shipped.


Age policy

All US orders must be signed by someone 21 years or older. The shipping carrier will not leave a package unless signed upon delivery. If you aren't home when they arrive, they'll leave a note with the date the next delivery attempt will be. After the second attempt, we recommend to "request hold at location" through the carrier's website and pickup the order in person to avoid having it shipped back to us.

When you pickup or sign for delivery, you MUST have ID. The name on the shipment must match the name of the person picking up the parcel.


General Questions

How should I store my cider?

Our ciders have zero residual sugar and very little (often zero) preservatives. Sometimes we add up to 10ppm of sulphites at packaging but even this is rare for us.

Because we don’t have fermentable sugars in our finished ciders, they will last indefinitely (unopened) at cellar temperatures (53-58F) or your fridge.

Having said that, we age our ciders in house and release them when they’re tasting their best. We recommend enjoying our ciders within a year of purchase.

Refrigerate all of our products after opening.


Do you have a tasting room?

Not yet, but very soon! We hope to have our tasting room in Guelph, ON, (Canada) open by the summer of 2023.


A bottle broke in my shipment. What now?

Please contact us (hello@revelcider.com) as soon as you see an issue with your order. We will either refund the cost of the bottle, give you store credit, or replace the bottle in question. Please attach a photo so that we can investigate the issue with our courier.
