Western Canada Shipping (Winter Update)

Because of freezing issues, we are only offering 2-day shipping West of Ontario until April 1st. Unfortunately, this means you will see a $55 shipping rate at checkout if you are west of Ontario, regardless of if you order $150+.

Delivery Schedule

When will I get my order?

HAND DELIVERY ZONE: We hand deliver to the following addresses. In this zone, order by 7am for same day delivery:

- Guelph: We deliver every weekday.

- Toronto (Core)*: We deliver in the core of Toronto every weekday.
*Toronto (Core) includes everything east of the 427, south of the 401, and west of the Don Valley Parkway.

SURROUNDING GTHA ADDRESSES:

- Kitchener/Waterloo: We deliver on Thursdays.

- Toronto (All 'M' postal codes outside of the 'Core'), Hamilton, Mississauga, Burlington, Oakville: Delivered in 2-3 business days by Canada Post.

EVERYWHERE ELSE: We ship via Canada Post:

- Rest of Ontario: 1-8 business days.

- Outside Ontario: 2-9 business days.

Timelines can change with Statutory Holidays.


Shipping

What does it cost to ship?

Guelph: Free, no minimum order!

Toronto, GTA, Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, Ottawa: Free shipping on orders $50+

Within Ontario: Orders $99+ ship free.
Orders between $49.5 and $98.99 ship for $10.
Anything less ships at Canada Post's posted rates.

Provinces East of Ontario: Orders $150+ ship for free.
Orders between $99 and $150 ship for $10.
Orders between $49.50 and $98.99 ship for $15.
Anything less ships at Canada Post's posted rates.

Provinces West of Ontario: Flat rate of $55 until April 1st/2023. We are shipping orders to these provinces via Xpresspost, in order to prevent them from freezing in transit.

Until April, we cannot offer free shipping over $150 to Western Canada.

Once temperatures return to normal, we will reduce this back to the same rate as Eastern provinces.

Western Canada —> please email us for shops that carry us in your province. Ordering from your local shops will be cheaper than us shipping to you.

Territories: Ship via Canada Post, at their posted rates.

All orders $150+ Ship for free (except for Western Canada/Territories, until April 1st).

Can I come to the cidery and purchase bottles to go?

Yes! We're open 7 days/week.

Our hours are 12-4pm Mon-Wed, and 12-6pm Thurs-Sun.

Call or text us at: 416-660-6044 for no contact pickup.


Can I do a no-contact pickup for my online order?

Yes! We are located at 62 Dawson Rd, Guelph, Ontario, N1H1A8. 

Place your order online and choose local pickup at checkout. Come by anytime during our regular hours to pickup (12-4pm Mon-Wed, or 12-6pm Thurs-Sun).

When you arrive, text your order number and name to us at 416-660-6044 and we'll bring your order out to you.


General Questions

How should I store my cider?

Our ciders have zero residual sugar and very little (often zero) preservatives. Sometimes we add up to 10ppm of sulphites at packaging but even this is rare for us.

Because we don’t have fermentable sugars in our finished ciders, they will last indefinitely (unopened) at cellar temperatures (12-14C) or your fridge.

Having said that, we age our ciders in house and release them when they’re tasting their best. We recommend enjoying our ciders within a year of purchase.

Refrigerate all of our products after opening.


How does ordering online work?

You can place an order for delivery to your home right here!

Depending on where you live, either us or our courier will deliver it to your door.

You must show ID (19+ in Ontario) before our courier will release the parcel to you. If you aren't home when they arrive, they'll leave a note with the address of the depot where it is being kept for pickup. When you pick up or sign for the delivery, you MUST have ID. The name on the shipment must match the name of the person picking up the parcel.


Do you have a tasting room?

Not yet, but very soon! We hope to have our tasting room open by the end of March 2023.


A bottle broke in my shipment. What now?

Please contact us (thirsty@revelcider.com) as soon as you see an issue with your order. We will either refund the cost of the bottle, give you store credit, or replace the bottle in question. Please attach a photo so that we can investigate the issue with our courier.


Wholesale

Can I buy cider for my bar/restaurant?

We have a wait list for new licensees at the moment. We have limited production as we are a tiny team but we do our best to service licensee accounts in Ontario.
