Muscat piquette was made by macerating Muscat skins in mineral rich Guelph water for a whopping 50 days.
Long skin contact has given it all of the fresh, juicy notes we love Muscat for.
What's it like?: Frankly: grapefruit juice. But it's also like biting into a watermelon, garnished with marigold flowers and jolly rancher dust. This piquette is so lovely.
2.4% ABV | 750mL
Ingredients: Muscat, water. Gluten free.
Wild ferment. Zero added sulphites or sugar. Vegan friendly.
