Dalia is an aperitivo-like cider with big mint and cherry notes.
Made with white + red grapes, plums, cherries and apples, it's a lot of ingredients, blended with a deft touch. A kiss of rose petals and organic nepitella (a plant related to mint) both stimulate your appetite.
What's it like? Mint and cherries steal the show here, with the rest of the fruit lifting them with layers of body, texture and fruit aromas. You have blueberry notes from Maréchal Foch, width from Gewürtztraminer and acid from the plums.
Even with all these ingredients, Dalia is an uncomplicated crusher. Serve it before a meal, or to friends as soon as they walk in the door.
