Estrella is our take on the sidra natural we fell in love with in Spain.
It's meant to be poured from a height, as they do in the Basque region.
Pouring from a height lifts aromas and softens mouthfeel, enhancing the fruit character and adding a little foamy texture all at once.
Estrella is still, not sparkling—like traditional Sidra Natural.
What's it like? Approachable and saline, with a kiss of crabapple aroma. Estrella has bright apple and lemon peel notes in the glass, with a subtle earthiness from the crabapples. Restrained apple tannins keep us coming back for more.
How to pour it: To enjoy this cider, remove the cork and reinsert partially. It's now a spout! Long pour to your heart's content. Check out the pictures for proper pouring technique.

Ingredients: Apples. Gluten free.
Wild ferment. Zero added sugar. Vegan friendly.

Wow what a delicious cider. I've never been to Spain or had authentic sidra so I can't compare them. But man does Estrella smell & taste amazing. No carbonation at all, but it doesn't need it
Belle mineralité, pommes un peu tanniques et fine acidité. La pomme est pas trop expressive ce qui donne un semblant un peu aqueux mais c’est globalement agréable
Dry, crisp apples, a little funk. Fun to pour, splash zone and all.
