These three bottles are a great place to start if you’re new to Revel, or if you’re just looking to try our current personal favourites.

Today, The Essentials Pack includes these 3 bottles:

Soif A juicy glugger made with Montmorency cherries, Zweigelt grape, and strawberries. Strawberry aromas trick you into thinking it's sweet, but it's not, once you taste it cherry + Zweigelt tannins dry everything right out. Soif is summer fruit, perfectly preserved. 6.1% ABV

Ribbon: A juicy co-ferment, made with red plums, blueberries and Muscat wine. It tastes like blueberry cotton candy, but silkier, like a cloud made it. Dry and astringent, but somehow plush and candied at the same time. This bottle is so good, it'll be gone before you're ready to part with it. 6% ABV

Vista: A blend of nectarines, skin contact Vidal and fresh mint—Vista is the obvious pairing that took us a silly amount of time to put together. It's fresh and juicy with bright nectarine acid, but mildly sweet, cooling mint. Vidal adds body, lifting the fruit and stretching the mint. Drink it when winter has dragged on too long, and you're desperately trying to remember what summer is like. 6.1% ABV
