Bright and refreshing, this cider is aged on golden plums for 8 months before canning.
These cans are made from apples harvested back in 2019 and plums from 2020, wild fermented and unfiltered as per usual.
What's it like? These cans are just bursting with stone fruit aromatics and freshwater minerality. Zippy plum acidity evolves into a plush creamy note, with the slightest plum tannins.
It pairs perfectly with analog pastimes, old friends and new adventures.

Another gorgeously refreshing riff from Revel best enjoyed on a really hot day....covered in sweat after mowing the lawn is even better. A very "up" character that is very crisp and lively with the plum notes tucked quietly. This one is very "gluggable".
I drank this golden plum cider chilled in a wine glass and it really felt like a Pet’ Nat with a little twist. I will definitely buy more in my next order !
